Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales process.
  • Tool Management: Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales engagement platforms, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales has access to relevant content and messaging that aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of enablement programs.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish a system for gathering feedback from the sales team to continuously refine training materials and resources based on real-world experiences and challenges.

Skills and Qualifications
